Welcome to fastbizvalue.com (the "Site"), operated by Gateway Marketing LLC ("FastBizValue," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or our business valuation tool, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What FastBizValue Is

FastBizValue provides a free, automated estimate of what a small business might be worth, based on general market data and the information you enter. It is a lead-generation and educational tool offered in connection with business brokerage services provided by Mike Bolen, a licensed real estate broker affiliated with Transworld Business Advisors.

2. Valuation Disclaimer — Please Read

The estimate we provide is not an appraisal, a formal business valuation, or a broker's opinion of value. It is an automated, general estimate generated from third-party market data and the limited information you provide. It is for informational and educational purposes only.

You understand and agree that:

Using the Site or receiving an estimate does not create a broker-client, agency, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and FastBizValue, Mike Bolen, Transworld Business Advisors, or any affiliated broker or agent. Any such relationship is formed only through a separate, signed written agreement.

5. Your Information and Accuracy
